My name is Linda Skenandore. My husband and I have something that we would like to send you. As soon as I can get it converted into a wave file, we will be sending you a message where Ralph Stair is saying if Jesus don't come back in the year 2000 he will shut his mouth and go sit under his gourd. For the last fews weeks (and last week live) he said he did not never say that. My husband has the proof, Mr. Stair is a liar.

Mike Rowland's testimony is right on. He is telling the truth. We wasn't there when all that took place but we were there from Aug 2000 to Nov 2000.

Please post these up on the web page if you can. They are in this order: The first recording was recording on 10/05/01-friday before last, he is asking for someone to send him a tape saying that he did say Jesus is coming back is the year 2000. The second one was recorded in June 1996. He said if Jesus didn't come back in the year 2000 he would shut his mouth. Let me know if you have any problems listening to them.

2 Peter 2:1-22

1But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

3And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. 4For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; 5And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; 6And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

7And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: 8(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) 9The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

10But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. 11Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord. 12But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption; 13And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; 14Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 15Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; 16But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet. 17These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever. 18For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. 19While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. 20For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 22But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

My Visit - Final Draft (I think)

False Prophet Stair,

I arrived at the airport in South Carolina, wondering how this simple man of God had gotten himself in the mess. I had more than enough to keep me at home. I have a family that needs me greatly. We are a very close family. Only a few times since my children were born did I spend the night or in this case nights away from home. I have 6 wonderful children whom I love with my life. 4 of them are from my wonderful wife sister Linda. They are Daniel 2 age 12, Linda 2 age 10, Joshua age 7, and Elijah 1 year. The other two are Carri Ann age 28, and my adopted daughter April age 17.

With this family and our homeless mission in Wichita just what was I doing 20 driving hours away? Right now I am on an airplane on the return trip. The Plane is bumping up and down. I know that by Faith My Father will get me home safe so I might expose this very vile man.

I am writing this on a laptop he donated to me as I was leaving his compound.

When I got off the airplane in South Carolina I was surprised that no one was there to meet me. Then as heard from the Spirit I knew that my ride was already there. In fact I knew I had already walked by them and they were not expecting this ex outlaw Biker turned minister.

I sat out side the airport on a bench laughing to myself and conversing with the Father. I had been told by Brothers that had came out of his control that I was not strong enough in the Spirit to avoid this man's spell.

I knew better the Father had already told me to go. This was so very hard as do to my back condition a 20 hour strait though drive would be way to much for me. I had to do this whole thing in 4 days that my wife could be off work. I needed at least two days to stay here. One to visit with them and one to visit with the abused people that had just came out of his control. They are staying at Victory a Self-sufficient community, wonderful place.

As I was lost in conversing with the Father I heard an airport page. "Dan Catlin please come to the information counter." I felt a jolt much like going over a short hill in a car and your belly jumps. I got up and walked back in the airport door and there was a man on the information phone. He looked at me in shock. I laughed inside. I see I thought this Prophet does not keep his people well informed. I do not think I was what he expected.

We introduced ourselves and proceeded to walk to his car. On the hour-long trip to the compound we talked about Bro. Stair the Latter Day prophet of God as he calls himself. What a joke. Here is an old man who has been preaching by his account for 50 years.

The man, who was sent to me Joe, had only been with Bro. Stair a short time. He gave me some of his history as to how he got mixed up with this so-called Prophet. The man, as I understood it left Wall Street to come live with Bro. Stair. This man is no dummy. Not someone you would think would be linked to a cult easily fooled. In the next few days I would meet many people who were of high intelligence. None of them dummies or of low IQ.

You see Bro. Stair had just been caught in Adultery. A scandal was in the works. He had been caught having sex with several young girls around 16 to 17 years old. Bro. Stair had claimed he was repented of it. I confronted him on the net, sending out the story to my free news service. It had started when Thomas Belford, a man whom I did not know sent me an e-mail saying, "Hey did you know you were linked to a pervert." I inquired and over the course of a few hours was educated about Bro. Stair. I was then invited to join a group of mostly victims of Bro. Stair. He had been getting away with many abuses for years.

I arrived at Stair's place and was first asked, " Do you wish to eat or meet with Brother Stair first?" I saw Bro. Stair down the road a little was standing there kind of looking at us down the road. I felt they wanted me to eat first so I said "no food" I want to see him now and pointed at him. He then went into a building I later found out was the radio room. I had no Idea how Stair or I would react. But I was in Faith with the Father it was nothing I could not handle. You see I had many people at home and around the World praying for me. The man got on his pocket radio and called Stair He told him I wanted to meet with him. As we walked down the road towards him several men walked out said hi and hugged me. I noticed a few little boys on Bikes. The Little boys and Stair's man Joe was shocked as I stopped along the way down the road and hugged the little boys. The Boys at first were a little afraid but I talked of my children and smiles came through. I will say they kept looking towards Joe. Very few outsiders come in. My visit was expected. I knew in the Spirit this was well planned. I expected a show for me. Yes this is what was going on, I was getting a show. Bro. Stair came up to me and looked right at me. I removed my shades and stared right in his eyes, that shocked him and he looked down for a moment. I sensed fear on him. I kind of stooped and retargeted his eyes. At that moment all was revealed to me. Yes this man was being led by a devil. I have cast out demons before and this man was truly under the power of a fallen angel. I had no fear but the fear of the Father! I was about my Father's work and he would not be able to see that. I had protection from the Father, by the Blood of his son Yeshua Messiah!

Brother Stair went into some small talk. I truly think that at that moment he did not know what to do. I really do not think he thought I would show up and if I did I would be humbled by his presence, clearly I was not.

The conversation was cut short as the Sabbath was coming. You see on Friday they have supper at 3 PM. Afterwards they could prepare for the Sabbath, which of course starts at Dark. I went with Joe, the brother whom brought me from the airport, to the dinning hall. A plate was there at a table covered. He left me there with some other who proceeded to talk of Brother Stair, and already trying to convince me of Stair's repentance. Then the brother came back. The Spirit of God told me that he had went and gave a quick report to Stair. Finally after being stared at and barraged with much talk led by Stair's right hand man Chip, in the world you might call him a yes man. (Before I ate, I prayed out loud and asked the Father to sanctify it. When the brother Joe came back I was already eating. He just sat down and starting eating without asking the Father to bless his food. Things I could see were very wrong here.) I put my fork down pushed my chair back and Said pointing at each one, " Before I heard from you, you, you, you, and you I already got just what I needed when I met Stair out in the road." These men had no discernment they thought right off I meant Stair had passed the test. I then went back to eating my food. Also consider the Father was guiding my steps and was there under his protection. There were quite a variety of things on my plate. Nothing was from a store; all had been produced at the farm that I could tell. ( I have pictures.) This really is a great place as far as being self-sufficient. They have done a very good work here being self-sufficient. I will write more about that later. The conversation changed somewhat and the tension was gone. I had pleaded the Blood of Yeshua Messiah so I knew I was safe.

They had taken my bag to a cabin set up for me called number 7. My bag was already sent there. I asked to go and freshen up because I had not had much sleep in the last 48 hours. They were soon going to have Sabbath service.

I made a quick call to my wife next door in the control building. The moment I picked up the phone the Spirit told me that it was bugged. This I later had proof of.

I then went and showered. By this time it was about 6:30. I left before Chip could come get me. On the way out I stuck a quarter in the bottom of my bedroom door, as the Spirit directed me. I knew they would be going through my bag.

Again as I walked people hugged me and engaged in small talk. But it was robotic. When they hugged me you could feel the lack of spirit. I asked the Father if he had a Word for me. I had to remove my Biker cap (which I use as a head covering as a Jew) and take my shoes off in order to go inside. Of course a Younger man asked me to sit with him up front.

I sat down and the house was filled yelling like "Thank you Father", fake tongues, and uttering. I found out later Stair would get anger with them for not responding right or having their faces right. If caught he would ridicule them in front of everyone. People, were not allowed to be led by the Spirit. I then noticed everyone was on his or her knees. I could feel dead air. All seemed so very robotic, and lacked spirit. I got on my knees in front of the Church bench. I started Praying and pleading the blood of Yeshua Messiah over and over. Finally organ music started all got up. They went through a few songs older Church type stuff, which in most case does move me but I was not moved. I did try to give things the benefit of doubt but it was hard. Then I looked up as the music stopped and there was Stair. No opening prayer, no asking the Holy Spirit to take over just about an hour of Stair exalting himself and no Bible opened by him. In fact as I had my Bible opened at one time I was told to pay attention. Stair talked and I was not moved at all. Once in while I said Amen but it was not because of what Stair was saying but because what the Father had already shown me was true, he was a False Prophet and was showing me that while Stair spoke. He even said he told The Father what do on occasion. He let another man talk who again did not pray first and did use much more scripture than Stair but it was also false teaching. I pleaded the Blood of Yeshua and did so it would not corrupt my mind.

Stair came back up shortly and we were dismissed. Again the robotic talk out side. I was told I could get coffee in the dinning hall. There was some you men from about 18 to maybe early 20's there. I felt they were put there to act like this was normal. The small talk again was robotic or rehearsed. They left the hall when I left. I may talk of this later.

So very tired I went back to my room. The quarter I had put in my bedroom door had dropped to the floor. Yes just as I thought they had been in my room and as I knew in my heart they went through my bag.

I had called my wife earlier and was shown just which phone to use in the control house as they called it, right next door to me. I knew that my calls we being monitored. So I said some honest things, which my wife knew what was going on. She was at the Wichita Mission with some others just getting ready to pray for me at my first call. I talked with my wife again over the next few days. During one of these calls I told her I would call her from the air with a calling card I would buy. I never got around to getting the calling card, but Joe, the stockbroker, opened his briefcase as I was getting out at the airport to return home and "Oh yes I almost forgot." handing me a calling card. This I believe was done so I would think that the Spirit was leading them.

I should also put in here that over the course of the time I was here. Stair said he was in repentance for some of the things he had did. Was his repentance real? Not wanting to be Judgmental only the Father really knows a man's heart. Stair admitted to my surprise to many things. But on the same token he spent also the time exalting Stair. Chip and him both kept trying to place the blame back on the young girls and saying they needed to repent. They were under Stair's control; it was clearly not their fault. They also were very angry with Pastor Tim and others for digging things up after Stair got caught. I saw much blame trying to be shifted away from Stair. Things he should have been on his knees for 30 years worth, by his own admission. Was I there to judge him? He asked me to come and do so. No, I came to bear witness to the truth. This is what the Father "sent me forth to do". I tried to get out of this. I in no way wanted to climb on an airplane, leave my family, ministry and children. From the time this thing first started I came under so many attacks by Satan. All were things that would have been a clear excuse not to go. The more that happened the more determined I was to go. And go I did. Stair told me, bragging (wondering also why I came) about how many ministers had came against him over the years and he said just like he did to me "Come and See" no one would come. I wondered about this, some of those ministers are on this mailing list. Men of God that have been around for years. Why and this is to them did you not go and see? Some of you did know in your hearts the people were under oppression but still you did not go? Why I do not understand? I also found that people I had great respect for, ministers and teachers have been getting support from Stair in many ways. I am shocked at how even since this started coming out this last October that you still take support for your ministries from Stair in a huge way? Are you that blind? Well I do not feel led at this time to expose you but I strongly suggest that you talk to the Father about it. Over about three years until now Stair has donated to this ministry about three times. No big deal I did not ask him for donations. He is on the Biker tract list and was on the Father's Prophetic News Service we do to warn the World. In fact many large ministries use both the Biker Tract and the PNS news service. I can only think of a few that ever give credit to the information gotten by these. Pastor Dan of the Prophetic Watchman site has been a very large blessing to us because his link to our site helps us greatly. Stair has given us some credit on his radio show. I never really listened to his program as I do not read or listen to most ministries or ministers. The point being Stair had never bought me. During the course of the time this came about I conversed back and forth with him over the net. He mostly kept silent over what had happened but wanted me to come test the Spirit and see if it was there. I read mountains of things against him but still as a humble servant of the Father, if a man repents and changes his ways then who can use his past against him? Stair said he prayed about it, (I never saw him pray in the time I was there) and he saw I could not be bought. After that he did make some donations. I cannot disclose that just as you would not want me to disclose what you donate. It was not major, but needed, and nothing I directly asked him for. Just what he saw I needed from my e-list. I then; to test the whole thing; started saying well if I am coming I do not like planes, let me come this way, okay he would say, well once that was set the Spirit had me change to another way. He agreed to help me get there in any way I felt led. This was also a test for me because I really did not think I would go. Ha. The Father had other plans. I do believe that Stair did what the Father wanted in bringing me there. I believe that the Father wants Stair to really repent. That would mean changing everything almost at his place. The problem that Stair faces is for one he has great fear of his worldwide radio program finding out all. The problem is many people all over the world hang on his very words. That makes him part of his ministry or Church if you want to use that word. But they have to know because he has been taken in front of his Church but leaving out the others just will not work as they donate to him and follow him. Besides the whole place suppresses the Holy Spirit. We are not supposed to be under a dictator. The Father does place others over us but not in this manner, controlling even the news we get, the way our faces look and only letting us hear him. He has a radio tower which broadcasts out in about 4 miles on FM. 24/7 it's nothing but Stair. He constantly checks to make sure you are listing if not you could be taken in front of the Church. This is not right. These people are captives in Spirit. No Doctors, if you go to a doctor, do not come back.

In my trailer there were two radios. Both tuned into Stair. They also brought me an alarm radio to get up by. I set it for 6:30 not noticing that it was set for PM instead of AM. I got up around 9 AM in time for something to drink before Sabbath Service. I went to the dinning hall and explained to Chip that I was going to me Pastor Tim at the main gate at 12 Pm. He tried to give all kinds of reasons why I should not go or to put it off till after Sabbath Service at 1 PM. I told him "how can I be a good witness if I do not hear from both sides, No I will see him at 12 PM". This bothered him but then I said well give me a car and I will follow Pastor Tim and not be under his control. That made him feel better. They told me I was to have anything I wanted. He had a car gassed up for me and handed me $40 to use, as I needed. I still had the remains of travel money he had brought up to me at the Wichita Mission. I did not clearly need more money.

I went to the Sabbath service under escort. Again the same as the night before, praying of the people, then a little music, and then Stair no opening prayer. While the music was going on, he called Chip and I to the room behind the alter. He wanted I could tell to act like he was giving a Word from the Lord. I pleaded the Blood of Messiah and he got confused so he just spoke. Still somewhat garbled he warned me that Pastor Tim and Victory had a bad Spirit and I would come back changed. I started right then to let the Cat out of the Bag as I asked him if he knew the scriptures on False Prophets in the book of 2 Peter. I said I had been given them but he went right on with his Garble. Good thing it was not the Father's timing. I already knew I could not let these people know how I felt for my own safety. To be safe I had to do as the Spirit led me or I would be in trouble.

I went back into service, which was mostly about Stair. At 11:30 AM I got up to leave, chip got up and went with me. He gave me a hurried tour around the place. It was very cool so to speak. Classroom, greenhouse, fields, trailers rebuilt very well but humble. Shop for cars etc. and a larger shop for farm stuff. Really self-sufficient.

It was time to get to the gate, Chip jumped in the car with me to ride to the front gate. There was Pastor Tim Waiting on me with another man, Chip was not happy.

I followed them down to the truck stop and left the car they had given me to drive. I then got more information on Stair.

At Victory community (I have a few pictures) I met the man in charge there. His name is Pastor Roberts the Man I felt the Lord wanted to be placed in Spiritual control over Stair, I received this from the Father the same time I received that his farm's control should go under the control of 7 Elders not picked by Stair and with Pastor Roberts overseeing them. Pastor Roberts found that one young lady who used to live at the Overcomer community, before she married one of the young men at victory, had been sexually abused by Stair. She recorded in her diary over 40 times where Stair had defiled her. After finding this out he got with Stair and demanded something had to be done about this.

We talked about this for some time in Pastor Roberts house. We were going to stay for dinner so we killed some time taking a walking tour of this wonderful place. So different than Stair's. Happy Children, a recreation room, weight room, computer room, basketball court. I did see a court at Stairs but it looks un-used. I had conformations from other people while I was there. Most was things I already heard from Stair or had been e-mailed to me before I let home.

Again we talked on the way back about what all hand been going on. I had Sabbath supper there and it was really good. Chicken sandwiches. Pastor Roberts and I talked afterwards and I felt I had left a real brother behind. He is in the process of building a swimming pool covered for the Saints there under his charge.

When I got back about 4 or 5 were waiting on me. I really did not go into my visit with victory much when I got back. It was late and 6:00 comes early. The next morning was Breakfast at 7 AM. Eggs, grits and sweet rolls with honey. I really ate well. Did not realize I liked grits but do now. That morning Stair had knocked at my door at 6:30 AM. I had been asking the Father what I should say to him. I did not feel it was safe to blast him nor tell him any lies. I wanted out of this camp. It was something out of a b movie about cults. Stair being blasted over the radios everywhere you went, people following you around. A graveyard right outside my window, with stories of un-marked graves around the property. I was at my end only too happy to leave. When I woke the Father said that " This was a man I have shown great Mercy to" While it did not go with my feelings I trusted the Father and gave it to Stair. Stair felt exonerated. Just a short while later while prying and receiving from the Spirit while face down in the Church, the Father finished it " This is a man I have shown great Mercy to, but that is now over" That is also when I got the rest about the elders and Pastor Roberts.

During breakfast in the dinning hall I was told to look out. If he wanted to ridicule someone this was the place and time he would do it. He did get up and preach, if you could call it that, much directly at me. I was unmoved kicked back and even interrupted him several times. He said that he told God "Why did you give me a daughter to watch grow?" he was angry with God over this and it sounded because of his lust and God was tempting him. He then said God told him well I guess I will have to kill your daughter. I was ready to get sick. I really did not burn into my memory the rest just kicked back and commented once in while which broke his stream.

He cut things short, man I wanted more grits, coffee and eggs, but he stopped and then Chip, Joe, Stair and I headed off to his radio room. There he told me stories of other ministers and whom he was supporting. He told me of the various ones he challenged to come and see. He was shocked I did. He could not figure how he did not humble me. His wife knocked on the door and asked to come in. Women are hardly even let to speak here. They all looked very sad. She apologized for having miss read me by the way I looked. I think she was on to me, Stair should have heard her out. Anyway he hinted about putting me on the radio and told me of a man in who I had great respect for had just called him saying he cut his hair. Before he had told this man to cut his hair and he would put him on the radio. Finally he told me he had three rules, no doctors, no TV and men should have short hair. I will not debate the hair thing with anyone; I have seen both sides of the issue. I came out with if you do not look like a woman you are okay. I stood up when he asked if I would cut my braid off. Just before he asked he said "would you take a command from me?" I said " Smiling I would have to take that to Prayer," wanting to crack up. So when he asked the hair thing I got up right close to his face, he sat down. I said " When I came out of the world I asked my Father what he wanted a suit, a haircut what," the Father replied " Stay as you are I have use of you".

You could tell that bothered him. On the way out the door he gave me a laptop as a going away present. He had also asked me if I wanted to come under the cover of his 501 c3 so I could get into the Wichita food bank and that it would be easier to get funding. This I also turned down. Stair is a dangerous man. He is hurting the Body of Christ in many ways. He is a false prophet and we need to pray for those under him.

Saints I am but a humble man of the Father just doing his work as I am called or "Sent Forth" many have much more terrible things they have went through, but this was bad enough for me. I shine a light in the Darkness. We need to keep in prayer about this keeping in forogivness but we need to pray this Evil stronghold comes down that Stair might even be saved! We need to set the Captives there free. The poor sad children and women in bondage..... Please help them.

I hope that this letter will help you to write your article on R.G. Stair.

1. The Black Pastor at Victory communities name is David Jackson. He was Stairs right hand man until all of this wickedness was exposed and no repentence was to be seen from Stair. He is instrumental in all of this because an awareness of Stair's actions came to him in a very abrupt way a few months before this all came out. Stair had been stalking his wife and making passes at her. She told Bro. Jackson what Stair had done and Jackson confronted Stair and Stair repented to them of his deeds. When Stair confided in Bro. Jackson and Pastor Roberts then he knew something was not right and they started asking questions.

2. Pastor Roberts found that one young lady who used to live at the Overcomer community, before she married one of the young men at Victory, had been sexually abused by Stair. She had recorded in her diary over 40 times where Stair had defiled her. After finding this out he got with Stair and demanded that something had to be done about this.

3. Upon further investigation by Bro. Jackson it revealed that several young ladies on the farm had been sexually abused by Stair. One sister, who was 17 at the time that Stair started defiling her, had a regular schedule with Stair. He would meet her before prayer on Monday and Wednesday, in the morning and the evening. We prayed at 7am and 7pm every day.

4. Another Girl, who was 18 or 19 when these sexual assaults started, Was married off to a young man on the farm. The husband was sent away by Stair and then he went in and committed adultery with this woman.

5. There was also a couple of women in their 30's who Stair was committing adultery with.

6. All these women were promised husbands and special treatment if they would give in to Stair. Stair told them that they would be blessing God by blessing him. One girl was even told her that it was God's will for her to sleep with him.

7. The place was a revolving door of people. In the last 7 years over 110 people came and went from that place. Stair kept it that way so he could have a steady flow of people coming to the community and bringing their life savings. When they would leave then Stair would give back to the people only a tiny portion of the money they brought.

8. Stair constantly kept the people fighting and bickering among themselves by going around and sowing discord among the brethren. He would do this by going to one brother and talking bad about someone and then going to the brother he was just talking about and talk bad about the brother he was just talking to.

9. Stair would stand in the dining hall for hours and preach at us. He would tell us that we were soooo sinful and that he was soooo holy. Always exulting himself and belittling everybody else. He would rebuke before all to keep us in fear instead of to make us sound in the faith. Stair didn't know what admonition and exhorting was all about only rebuke.

10. He did these things so that he could just go around and walk into sisters trailers and no one would think a thing about it. We all believed he was so holy and we were so wicked that we had enough to do just trying to do right ourselves rather then questioning him on things he did. We though he was going in to pray for these sister if they were sick or something like that.

11. Stair also was meeting some of these girls right before services on Friday nights and Saturday mornings before getting in the pulpit.

12. Two of the sisters came up pregnant. That is how all this came out. Suddenly these sisters weren't pregnant anymore. What happened. The girls said that Stair had given them an herbal concoction and they started their periods right after that. In other words they had an abortion by those herbs they were given.

13. Stair preaches that a baby in the womb has no soul. He say's that as Adam when he was created was laying there perfect in his body he had no life until the Lord breathed into him and he became a living soul. Even so a baby has no soul until it takes it's first breath. A sister told us that Stair didn't start preaching and believing that until 1994 or 1995. Before that he believed abortion was totally wrong.

14. Bro. Wayne Douglas is buried on the farm there. He came back from Nigeria and became sick and after a two week battle died. The coroner, who was a friend of the community, took control of the situation and an examination was done. It was said that he died of Pneumonia. Wayne did not have Pneumonia at first. He may have died from pneumonia but that is not what made him sick. This was covered up by Stair, he knew this also.

15. Stair is a lawless man. Most buildings were built with out building permits. Wells were dug without a permit. Cars were registered in Tennessee instead of South Carolina so they wouldn't have to buy insurance. Trailers on the land have no tie downs. Many trailers have no running water in them. The electrical services run to many buildings are not up to code. Am I saying that these laws are right? No, but we are to obey the laws of the land as long as they do not effect us serving our God.

In conclusion, I must maintain that Stair is not fit to lead the body of Christ after he has violated so great a trust given unto him. He has not repented to the church. The church in which he is overseer are all those who receive him as a man of God and hear his radio broadcast. He must repent on the air , not just once but enough for all to hear and step down and leave the community in Walterboro.
