teacheth in all good things. 7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for
whatsoever a man soweth, that he shall also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his
flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit
shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.}

Greetings Saints, In His Perfect Peace,

I wanted to tell you about Tuesday at the Mission. I will start with Carl pictured above. Those are special Rubber like shoes he is wearing. He first started coming to the Mission when we first opened. He is now on Social Security because of Bad feet. He is also a veteran. Any way we prayed in his Social Security to come in soon. He got it in about four months. Almost record time. now he is upset and being faced with an operation on his feet. We prayed over him Tuesday asking for the Father to intercede as he is scared of an operation.

I had another man come in clear from the north side of town. He looked very clean and well kept but in work clothing. He asked me for a ride back home and I said yes after I took the people to the Mission, street, overflow and several other places.

He said he new we only fed people but wondered if we had some food to take home to his wife and children. He has a 1 and a 1/2 year old and a 11 year old at home. Well Messiah loves children of course.

I had little money as normal but it touched my heart. I got him some food in the back and stopped at the store buying him Milk, bread, baby food, etc. Not a lot but enough total to last he said until food stamps come in.

You see he looks hard for work but work in Wichita is very hard to find right now. He gets bus passes from welfare and food stamps. Well a card now they use instead of stamps.

They will give him no cash as long as he and his wife are together because he can work. He does do day labor and so are many so he gets hardly any work. Welfare is set up so they in order for the woman and children to get help he would have to leave then they would help them after the family is broke up. Now they love each other and he is truly trying. If his rent is not paid by the 5th they will become homeless. This is the story of many. I prayed with him that he would find a job. I gave him a place I thought he might find a job. But being on foot it's going to take a miracle. Please join with me in prayer about him and his family.

You see we deal with this all the time it's heart breaking. We do have a praise report. The family that the Father and Mother that were both wanted for Probation Violations got through everything and both got reinstated and they know the Father did it. Now keep them in your prayers. The Other girl we prayed for to not go to jail, she did not either. Keep her in your prayers.
