Greetings Saints,
Many Blessings have been coming in
but it's like a hole that cannot be filled by human means. We gave out
sleeping bags Friday and today we had 7 more requests. In the long run (
now anytime )we really need may be 50 more to get everyone a bag.
We fed 50 plus people today Turkey
Pot pie made by Grandma ( my wife's mom).
She also fed out 3 dozen eggs when we
first arrived today. Plus many donuts, coffee, and homemade apple pie.
We sent sweets out to go to people
camping out. Friday I will give out some MRE's that was sendt here today
and toothbrushes and toothpaste that came in the same shipment.
But Saints we have a real problem. My
steering column in the misnitry van is locking up falling apart again. I
need another steering colum badly. I just about could not turn the van
on a couple times tonight. I do not have the money to fix. Then to top
that I happened to glance at my new tires? About 6 months old? They are
almost bald. I put 120 miles on teh van just to get there and back then
another 20 to 30 to ? Miles on running around town picking the poor up
and taking them home.
Please pray I find a way to fix this old 84
van. It is like a Church on wheels.
The minstry that was supposed to
bring us food sent an email, saying that the shipement might be here by
Dec. 25. I tried to email back...no reply.
We keep praying for the Father's
Work.
